Considering today's variability, "sustentabilitas," which carries the meaning of "sustainability" as a word, appears as a modern fourth dimension added to Vitruvius's classic trilogy. The essence of the sculpture deals with the fact that man is a part of nature and needs this balance. The body tension and the figure's movement, as if ready to turn, represent humanity's search for balance, trying to stand on nature as if on loan. The figure is devoid of all details. This lack of detail allows the form to find the same human resonance in every century and every culture. The continuity of meaning is the spiritual dimension of Sustentabilitas.
