Cargo Service

Cargo service for purchases made on our website is offered by Horoz Lojistik, Borusan Lojistik, Ankara Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, Jetizz, Kolay Gelsin or Kargoist companies, depending on the size of the order and the delivery.

The cargo company delivers the products you purchase to the apartment door at the address you specified with the delivery note. If you are not at the specified address, a note is left stating that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you go to the branch and do not receive your package within three days, your package will be returned to us.

In villages and towns where cargo companies cannot deliver to the address, the order is sent to the closest cargo branch to the address of the recipient. When the order arrives at the cargo branch, the buyer is informed. In this case, the buyer must take the order from the cargo branch. deliveries to Turkey across the island can be done within the framework of the current constraints of the shipping company. According to the size of your products, cargo companies can receive delivery to the address or from the branch with a telephone notification. After creating your order, you can track your order with the courier company name and tracking number that will be sent to you via SMS.

Shipping fee

The shipping fee for online shopping is 10% of the total price of the products you buy.

Additional Cargo Services

Today Delivery Service is the delivery of the order on the same day, and the Appointment Delivery Service is to be delivered to your address until 7 days after the order is purchased.

The Today Delivery and Delivery on Appointment Service, which is valid in certain districts and neighborhoods of Istanbul, Ankara, Kocaeli, Izmir and Bursa, is offered by Horoz Logistics or Hepsjet companies depending on the size of the order.

You can receive the products with the Today Delivery and Delivery on Appointment logo by using these services and select the delivery date and time interval you request.

Additional Cargo Services Fee

In addition to the standard shipping fee, the Today Delivery service fee is TL 9.90 including VAT per order.

Appointment Delivery service fee may vary depending on the size of the order. In addition to the standard shipping fee, it is 9,90 TL including VAT for small package orders and 14,5 TL including VAT for large package orders.

Order Tracking

Important Information

It is very important that you check your cargo while receiving it. When you detect an abnormal situation such as damage, crush, tear, wetness outside of the parcels, you should not take the products and make a report to the cargo officer and you should contact us by using the contact form or by calling the phone number 0 (538) 642 31 35.

Incomplete or damaged delivery notifications that you will make after receiving your cargo may be rejected depending on the inspection due to the lack of a report. Changes and returns cannot be made without submitting an invoice.
